North Carolina has a variety of Bed & Breakfasts, but for something extra special just before your baby arrives, make your reservations for one of the following Babymoon locations:

• The Winds of Carolina offers a moonlight cruise on the Stephania.  The 37 foot yacht cruise includes a romantic dinner, overnight sleeping quarters and breakfast in bed the next morning. If you want some additional entertainment there is a Tiki Bar and dance floor nearby.
• Beckley Manor on Ocracoke Island is decorated with a Caribbean flair and is renowned for its splendid sunsets. You can spend the days explaining this coastal get away, relax with a book or puzzle, have a glass of tea in front of the fire or unwind in the two person hot tub. With just 12 rooms, the Beckley Manor gives you that special treatment you deserve. 
• The Inn at Celebrity Dairy located in Slier City offers serenity with country charm. The working farm provides goat cheese to area restaurants and grocery stores. Your meals will be quite satisfying as the farm’s animals provide much of the dairy items. The Inn’s rooms are decorated with antiques and whimsical furniture and include a robe in the closet and bottled water on the nightstand. You can sit and relax on the porch or head over to the North Carolina Zoological Park in Asheboro or the many potteries in Sea Grove.
• Pilot Knob Inn in Pine Mountain offers private mountain cabins complete with fireplace and whirlpools. The Inn also has a gazebo and a 2 person sauna. Nearby is Pine Mountain State Park.
